Today in our Cathedral, not only we the clergy, our parents and friends, but God, His Angels and the Holy Church prays for You and bless You. The formation of a family is the continuation of God’s creation of man, the union of two parts, of fulness.
Marriage, which is blessed through God’s Grace, is continual movement forward, closer to God. Marriage is a path similar to the one you followed today during the wedding, when you walked from the church entrance toward the Royal Doors. I hope that your lifelong path will be successful.
May God grant you much patience, love, faith and hope, and of course, joy. If you follow Christ’s teaching “first seek the Kingdom of God and His righteousness” then spiritual joy will never leave you.
O Lord our God, crown them with glory and honor! May our Lord bless you with His Grace!
