Today is the feast of the Meeting of the Lord. This feast doesn’t only complete the history of the Old Testament and begins the New Testament, but it has also one deeper sense because it teaches us obedience.

Annual “Lamont Light Up” festivities
On Saturday November 28th, the Orthodox V choir under the direction of Andrea Zacharuk took part in the annual “Lamont Light Up” festivities in the Lamont recreation center by singing a number of Christmas carols, both in English and Ukrainian. Minister from parishes of Orthodox V Father George Sergeev heartily thanks all that participated.
