Very Reverend Sergey Kipriyanovich

Born in April 1958 in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Being a student of Moscow Theological Academy was ordained deacon (May 1990) and presbyter (March 1991) by Archbishop Alexander of Dmitrov.

After graduating from Moscow Theological Academy in 1991 worked in the secretariat of interreligious relations of the Department of External Church Relations. From 1991 to 1994 was a teacher of Apologetics in Minsk Theological Seminary.

In April 1998 by the decision of the Holy Synod was appointed a Cleric to St. Nicholas Cathedral of Moscow Patriarchate in New York, USA.

In July 2003 by the decision of the Holy Synod was appointed the Dean of the Church of Resurrection in Rabat, Morocco.

In October 2006 by the decision of the Holy Synod was appointed the Rector of St. Barbara’s Cathedral in Edmonton, Canada.
